Using Druno

By using Druno, you agree to these terms. Druno offers short videos, book-inspired ideas, stories and related learning features. Content and features may vary by title, region, account and subscription. Druno is intended for adults.

Use your account responsibly, provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may use Druno for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy or redistribute protected content without permission, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully.

Plans and introductory offers

Where available, Druno may offer:

• Annual plan with a paid introduction: US$0.99 for the first month, then US$49.99 per year.
• Annual plan with a free trial: 7 days free, then US$49.99 per year.
• Monthly plan: US$9.99 per month.

These are US reference prices. Your store, currency, taxes and eligibility may affect the offer available to you. The checkout screen and store purchase confirmation show the actual price and billing schedule. Only the plan you confirm is purchased; a monthly plan is not included automatically with an annual plan.

Introductory offers are subject to store eligibility and cannot be assumed to be available repeatedly or combined. At the end of a paid introductory period or free trial, the selected plan renews at the disclosed recurring price unless you cancel in time. Future price changes are handled with the notice or consent required by the store and applicable law.

If an offer has a countdown in Druno, it indicates how long that offer entry is displayed in the app. Store eligibility and the final purchase confirmation still govern the purchase.

Cancel, restore or request a refund

You can turn off renewal in your Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings. Cancel before the next charge, including before an introductory period ends, and follow your store’s timing requirements. The store will show when access ends.

Deleting Druno or deleting your Druno account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it separately through Apple or Google. If a purchase is missing, use Restore Purchases in Druno with the store account used for that purchase, or contact us for help.

Payment processing and refund decisions for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google, subject to their policies and your legal rights. Apple refund requests can be made at Report a Problem; Google Play purchases can be reviewed in your order history. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory refund or consumer rights.

Content and ownership

The app, artwork, videos and other materials are protected by intellectual property rights belonging to us or their respective owners. Access to Druno does not transfer those rights. Book titles, covers and author names identify source works; their appearance does not by itself imply an author’s or publisher’s endorsement.

Short summaries and adaptations may simplify or interpret a source work and are not a replacement for the full book. Content is for education and entertainment, not personalized financial, medical, legal or other professional advice.

Availability and changes

We may update the app, fix errors, change the catalog or adjust features. We do not guarantee that every title or feature will always be available. We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues or legal obligations. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

If a material change affects a paid service, we will provide any notice, remedy or choice required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Your information and account

Our Privacy Policy describes the information we process, optional analytics and advertising measurement, and your choices. You can request account deletion using the app or the deletion instructions.

Apple app license

For the iOS app, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app license. These service terms supplement that license and do not override mandatory store rules or your statutory rights.

Updates and contact

We may revise these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will provide notice of material changes and obtain agreement where required.
